My experience with AAA inspections & Jason was 100% amazing from start to finish. We rent a property so bad we knew we were way over our head, but the first time I talked to Jason, my mind was at ease. Long before he even did the inspection, he was kind and compassionate concerning our situation, then, the day of the inspection he went above & beyond. My husband was there and while doing the walk thru, he showed and explained to him everything he was finding…there was A LOT! Less than 24 hours later, we had a detailed report in hand, in fact it was so detailed even our lawyer was impressed, stating he did an outstanding job documenting all the issues. I not only highly recommend him, I don’t know why you wouldn’t look anywhere else. He is definitely the best!
